Unregister a user from an ILT session

POST /api/v2/ilt-sessions/:id/unregister

Removes a user's registration from a specific ILT (Instructor-Led Training) session. For multi-session ILTs, both root and child session IDs are accepted; child IDs are automatically redirected to the root session. Returns 404 if the user is not registered for the session.
